Anne's Burn Your Bottom Off Chili

Ingredients

1.3 kg Lean or Extra Lean Ground Beef
3/4 bottle Frank’s Red Hot Sauce (Xtra Hot) - 354 ml
or
1 bottle Frank’s Red Hot Sauce (Original) - 354 ml
¾ cup Pickled Pepper Rings
1/4 cup Chili Powder
1 ½ cup Heinz Ketchup
1 can Heinz Red Dark Kidney Beans
3 cans Heinz Pork and Beans
1 can Green Giant Nibblets Corn - drained
½ cup Water
2 cups Fresh Mushrooms – Sliced
1 Fresh Green Pepper - Diced Large
1 Fresh Red Pepper - Diced Large
1 Onion - Diced Large

Steps

Brown ground beef
Add chili power and water to ground beef, simmering for 5 minutes on lower heat
Pour Frank’s, pickled pepper rings and Ketchup into crock pot
Stir in kidney beans, pork and beans, corn, mushrooms, green pepper, red pepper and onion
Add ground beef to crock pot and stir until fully mixed
Heat in crock pot, stirring occasionally, until onions and peppers are fully cooked (no longer hard)

For a milder patch, do not add the corn and add only a splash of Frank’s Red Hot Original
